School of Vice: Now we all can see why Cambodia has lost so much land to neighbouring countries: her rulers have been far more inclined to cling on to their throne and indulge in factional infighting, personal bickering, and suppressing voices of civilised, constructive dissent than standing united before, and finding solutions to, meeting external threats.
Currently, it is left to Mr Thach Setha and his research team to collect precious data and evidence in Paris required to address and shed light on those on-going territorial disputes and recent historical losses as well as overcoming the costly financial fees of collating this information with money raised [allegedly] in meager amount from charitable Khmer overseas communities whereas it should be the Cambodian government's duty and function to assume a task of such paramount national magnitude and importance.

ប្រភពដែលលោកបណ្ឌិត សុខ ទូច បានទទួលផែនទីនោះ រួមមានពីប្រធានគណៈកម្មការកិច្ចការព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា នៅប្រទេសបារាំង លោក ស៊ាន ប៉េងសែ គណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ បណ្ណាល័យប្រទេសបារាំង បណ្ណាល័យសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បណ្ណាសាជាតិ និងឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់លោក សារិន ឆាត ជាដើម។
លោកបណ្ឌិត សុខ ទូច បន្តថា លោក ស៊ាន ប៉េងសែ នឹងចូលរួមផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ជាមួយក្រុមរាជបណ្ឌិត្យសភាកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខផងដែរ។
