My dinner with Rainsy គ្រួសារមេបក្សកាន់អំណាច និងមេបក្សប្រឆាំង ជួបជុំទទួលទានអាហារពេលល្ងាចរួមគ្នានៅកាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា

Prime Minister Hun Sen (right) and opposition leader Sam Rainsy take a photo together during a dinner at the Hotel Cambodiana on Saturday. Photo supplied
In another effort to cement the so-called culture of dialogue between the two major parties, Prime Minister Hun Sen and opposition leader Sam Rainsy brought their families together on Saturday for what Rainsy billed as a “historic” meal during which they posed for selfies, while steering clear of any political chat.
The gathering at Phnom Penh’s Cambodiana Hotel saw Hun Sen, his wife, Bun Rany, four of their children and their son-in-law join for the first time to break bread with Rainsy, his wife, Tioulong Saumura, their daughter and son.
In a post to his Facebook page yesterday, which accompanied photographs of the “special family meeting”, Rainsy said the aim of the meal was to “expand the culture of dialogue to all levels and all members of both parties, and to our children and the next generation of Cambodians.
“This culture of dialogue will ensure Cambodians’ happiness despite political changes in the future,” he wrote.
He added that the dinner was enjoyed in a “friendly atmosphere”, which saw the two leaders happily pose for a selfie, seemingly to the fascination of hotel staff.
Sok Ey San, spokesman of the ruling Cambodian People’s Party, said the two families used the opportunity to “get to know and understand each other”, while avoiding topics that could spoil the jovial mood.
“Nothing serious was discussed,” he said.
“For example, with LANGO [a controversial draft Law on Associations and Non Governmental Organisations], where the Cambodia National Rescue Party strongly oppose it but the CPP want to pass it . . . how could they talk about this in front of the children?”
Ey San said it was hoped that the meeting would lead to long-lasting friendships between the two families.
The family gathering was first mentioned publicly by Hun Sen during April’s Khmer New Year festivities.

The premier said a meal between both sides would allow the leaders’ offspring to learn about and embrace the culture of dialogue adopted by their fathers in recent months.
In his post yesterday, Rainsy said his party had made a number of gains since warming relations with their opponents, including the creation of the Cambodia National Rescue Party’s first television station, reforms to the National Election Committee, and, more generally, achieving a peaceful atmosphere ahead of the 2017 and 2018 elections.
Political analyst Chea Vannath said that both parties had much to gain from the weekend’s meeting.
“The CPP might want to make diehard supporters of the CNRP disappointed” so that they will lose votes in the next election, she said.
Meanwhile the CNRP is given a platform from which to push for its own “national and social interests”.
However, Ou Virak, founder of the Future Forum think tank, said such “PR stunts” carry major risks for the opposition.
While “it’s a good thing to [the] extent they don’t treat each other as enemies anymore”, the honeymoon could fracture the CNRP, he explained.
“If there’s no problem with the ruling policy, why is there an opposition? If the opposition is happy with [the current political structure], why shouldn’t the public be?”
Virak said Rainsy may be biding his time until the opposition’s TV station starts running, trying to instill confidence in Hun Sen to give up power, or looking towards leaving a legacy of peace.
Whatever the reason, he said, the tactic risks alienating voters, and splitting the party itself.
Rainsy could not be reached yesterday, but CNRP spokesman Yim Sovann said the party was not concerned about losing support.
“No one wants war, no one wants violence,” he said.
ADDITIONAL REPORTING BY ALICE CUDDY

A previous version of this article misidentified one of the attendees of the dinner as Sam Rainsy's son-in-law. He is actually Rainsy's son. The Post apologises for any confusion.

Dear compatriots,

The "wrong ideas", mainly the idea of Khmer trying to win over Khmer, Khmer trying to kill Khmer, have destroyed Cambodia and have served well the evil Yuon's ambitions.

I am happy to see the current Khmer leaders adopt a new idea of dialoguing.

To produce a different output, we need to insert a different input.

The new culture of understanding, tolerance amongst the Khmer leaders will ultimately help strengthen Khmer solidarity, and will definitely break the evil Vietnam's ambition of swallowing Cambodia.

Even though in the past, I had vehemently chastised Hun Sen for his traitorous acts, I have softened my stance after seeing some Hun Sen's good deeds.

The evil Yuon has always been waiting on the side to seize the opportunity whenever it sees the conflicts amongst the Khmer leaders.

In brief, the culture of dialogue will have such a positive impact on Cambodia to survive and prosper.

I see two blatant issues with CNRP here:

1. Sam Rainsy is a blatant flip-flop. So much for talking tough and the use of the words "never" this, "never" that with CPP/Hun-Sen. Looooooooook. lol...

2. Kem Sokha is no where to be seen. Oooooooh, I know where he is. He is in his room sulking, crying, scheming with his supporters. CNRP has two faces. That's blatant.

Ok smart boy, I like to test your intelligence.

I am a pilot and I want to drop bombs at this coordinate below:

( 21.035461, 105.833306 )

Where will the bombs go off on the ground according to the Google map?
And show me how do you calculate to convert the above coordinate into the format below?

(x°y'z" N, x°y'z" E)

You have 6 hours from now to give me the answer. Your reward will be announced when all the answers are correct.
Remember your calculations have to be included.

You did not thoroughly read the question!

Remember your “calculations” have to be included.

Hanoi is a big city, where is it exactly, because the coordinate can give you as close as 1 foot of error.

So now you can see how easy it is to check the border posts, if Cambodia chooses to go to the ICJ against Vietnam.

Do you get my point, dumb-ass?

I already said the cord can be fed into the Google earth map. The details are there, go see it for yourself. It's some where between Ho Chi Minh museum and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Stop playing this childish game.

I will not perform the detail calculation when there is already tools to use for conversion. In fact, I know the theory behind ALL cord systems, time system.

1. Earth cord system. You want to represent the X-cord, you designate a starting point as Zero, say, the Greenwich line (through Lon Don some where...). Then you divide the earth at the circumference by what ever resolution you want. The geometry folks like 360 degree. So, you can say 180 degree East or 180 degree West with the reference to your starting point.

Well, the earth circumference is big, 360 degrees are not enough to represent the earth circumference in detail. Let see, 40,000 kilometers divided by 360 degrees. Each degrees represent more than 100 kilometers.

So, increase the accuracy, the granularity/resolution has to be increased. Each degree is further divided into 60' and then each ' is divided into 60" That gives 3600 resolution to divide up the 100 kilometers or so.

To get get down to 1 foot accuracy, you increase the granularity/resolution some more to your liking. I am not here to reinvent the wheel, nor the GPS GEO cord system.

But I do know the general theory behind it to:

1. Know recognize the form, format and how to use them.
2. Easily adopt into my system if I need to interface them.
3. Or, I can outright invent my own system if my application has a very small area or domain. Some time a smaller, simpler system is more efficient, then reinventing a new one is a great idea.

Do not insult my intelligence with the busy calculation.

-Drgunzet-

P.S. You folks are being fooled by Sam Rainsy's techno babble and dazzle. But he got it all wrong. It's all irrelevant with the border treaty.

Back at the time the treaty was signed, there was no GPS system for use. Both Vietnamese and Cambodian did their best with what they had and reached agreement. Once the agreement was reached you gotta honor them.

If you don't, you will eat more B-52 bombs.

If you agreed to give Vietnam certain lands, border area for whatever reason, you will honor it. You cannot change your mind and/or play the lame game of GPS this, GEO that, Map here, Map there to get lands back.

Vietnam can simply crush you again if you trouble at the border. Pol Pot bugged Vietnam at the border, and you saw what happened? You are cowards and no where compared to the much vaunted Khmer Rouges troops. I estimate Vietnam only need a couple thousand troops to take over the entire Cambodia within two weeks.

Remember 1971? Only a couple dozen North Vietnamese troops attacked and destroyed the entire Khmer Air Force at Phnom Penh, your capital. Several hundred Khmer defenders were wiped out.

OK Mr DragonZen, here is a challenge for you.......

Somewhere in Lebanon there's this ancient structure of cut stones so huge that no modern machine can lift them, tell me who were the superior race that could move those gigantic stones and put them upon one another in a building shape in their days?

For reference look up Baalbek

Best of Baalbek Ancient High Technology ---Full Documentary--- on the picture it shows the swastika engrave on those stones. I didn't see the Documentary. So this tells me [not that I didn't know] by the spirit you project yourself you are part of that super race right? German=swastika

1. It's easy to build the Baalbek structure. Just fill up the surrounding area with sand, gravels, then keep building up to the desired height. Once the top level is done, dig out all the sands and gravels.

2. The Swastika was a coincident. Hitler probably saw the Buddhist sympol and thought it's cool. He chose it for the Nazi symple. Other ancient civilization might have seen the same symbol and adopted it for their own purpose. No big deal here.

Next? I read a lot so, don't hesitate to ask.

When I was in High School, I was very obidient to my teachers and was the role-model for the all students, kids in town. And I was the only known student in my school history to be allowed to sleep in class. In fact, when I fell into sleep (happened twice), my teacher would move to a different spot in the class, and lowered his voice to avoid waking me up.

I was told from my teachers that the school Principal gave a directive to all teachers to do everything they can to ease my burden in anything to maximize my performance.

Then when I came to college, I became very rebelious like Albert Einstein. By this time, I had become Americanized, gained German superiority so I will defy my professor and out-right refuse to do a certain tasks if I did not like.

So, I will not do the tedious calculation. I already know the general theory and algorithm behind this calculation, and there is utility to do it. I will not do it manually.

Why don't you show it to me? You are Khmer, inferior. Prove to me you can do something. I am superior, I don't need to show anything.

If you impress me enough, I will go easy on your race. If you don't, I will continue to look down on your race.

Have you folks wondered why the French hated the Khmer and employed the Vietnamese to rule the Khmer in Cambodia for them?

Just read the dishonest Khmer writing in this thread and see. I already said I will not do the calculation, and that's the end of it. Now you, Khmer show your calculation.

I truly don't believe any Khmer is capable of doing it. Prove me wrong, show your calculation.

Of course, I am fully capable of doing the calculation once I study the URI geo and the WGS84 specifications to details. But I am not interested in doing so.

My current interests are:

1. The Network Security. This is to be ready to defend USA from cyber attack from China. I love America and want to protect the American way of life.

2. Quantum Entanglement. I am very troubled with the recent postulation that the Quantum Entanglement might give a hint of the entire existence of the universe we know about could be simply a virtual reality of some advanced civilization. The fact that some causality seems to be able to retro-affect something already happened in the past is very troubling.

An analogy is: Some one found a way to look at Khmer Rouges differently then suddenly history changed accordingly, and Khmer Rouges would have been the good guys. The skulls on the museum displays turned out to be coconut shells and the bones were mere bamboo sticks!

Yet, you knew vividly Khmer Rouges were evil and so many people died and the skulls and bones were real until someone found a way to retro-affect the past events!

(The scientists have found a way to exam the photon passing through the double-slit experiment in two different ways. One way will result as normal, the photon passed through the double-slit. One way will caused the photon to change its past result as if it was only passing through one slit, one out of two.)

(First the scientists thought the entangled photons communicate with each other to maintain the information between the pairing. Then the scientists decided to make one path shorter and hit first to become the past. The second path is longer and will be the future. Some how the future result always pair up with the result of the past. That's mind boggling.)

That's where I come in. I am reanalyzing all the data result, the set up and also revisit the scientists' premise. I am an armature scientist at home, trying to contribute to the society. Currently I am stumped, after investing a couple hundred hours in this subject.

I only need 20 - 40 hours to master a subject, and so far this one issue Quantum Entanglement has been the hardest subject I encountered.

Clearly the entire Khmer race will never be able to understand what I am saying. I feel like I am talking to the red ants at the ant hills.

Let me do it without any calculator. I used to sell lottery tickets on the street when I was in my early teen.

45 minutes = 75 percent of an hour. that accounts for the .750000.

32 seconds = the rest of the figure, the .008889.

I already told you, what ever unit, degree you chose, it's entire up to the system to further create the resolution to subdivide it. The WSG84 happens to use minutes and seconds. That's 60x60.

So, why don't you show me your calculation. You are a dumb Khmer, stop pretend to be smart. I look down on your entire race.

So, why do people choose to have 60 seconds per minutes, and 60 minutes per hour. Why not 100 minutes per hours, and 100 seconds per minutes?

Why do Khmer count to 5 then repeat? Do you know that Khmer numeral system is base-5? Where as the current system in the world is base-10?

I always go for the universal pattern. From there, I can alter, custom any system I see fit. So, clearly I am one level up from the Khmer.

Ok, let me demonstrate my talent in doing calculation in my head. As I mentioned before, when I was in my early teen, I used to peddle lottery tickets on the street, so my ability to do mind-calculation was very powerful.

the 3.11111 can be view as:
3
+
.1 = 6 minutes
.01 = 36 seconds
.001 = 3.6 seconds
.0001 = .4 seconds
.00001 = .04

.4 + 3.6 = 4. then 4 + 36= 40 seconds.

So, the answer is 6 minutes 40 seconds.

When I was 16, I changed High School, from one in a poor district to one in a rich district. I illegally sneaked into the High School in the rich district to get the best schooling and scholarship later.

I flaunted my talent to get noticed by doing complex math operation in my head. Basically, I stared at the board and wrote down the answers. My teacher noticed that and pulled aside after class. She called up another teacher and the two of them was examining my hidden talent. After 15 minutes, they exclaimed, "Oh my God, what do we have here!"

The ability to do math in the head without paper or calculator was a huge advantage. In competition, I zipped through calculations and eliminated a lot of writings. My speed was superior than any other competitor.

Now, answer my question: Why do some system use 60 as its base number such as the minutes and seconds?

Everything in life, once you figure out a trick, you will gain a huge advantage. But quite often, it's a survival skill. If I slipped up and made mistake, lost money in selling lottery tickets, my mother will punish me much worse than the little food dispute I had. One time I was locked out of the house over a couple kilo of noodles.

Harsh environment made me very tough, smart and alert.

The funny thing is: I think the harsh environment made the Khmer dumb, dull and docile. lol... I wonder why.

One more thing: I figured out a trick to make the Khmer smarter. I used to tutor the Khmer students in school and they were so duuuuuuuuuumb. It took me many years to figure out a trick to make them less dumb. I won't tell you folks here since you are murderous and dangerous to humanity.

As I went to schooling later in America, I learned about the infinite series.

The 3.11111 can be viewed as:

3
+
.1
.011111111 infinite series.

so, .1 = 6 minutes
.01 = .6 minutes, an infinite series of .011111 = .6666666 minutes which is two third.

Two third of a minute is 40 seconds.

So, with greater knowledge + the power of peddling lottery tickets on the street would allow me to calculate operations in my head more elegantly and more complex, quicker, and faster.

-Drgunzet-

P.S. I am well versed in 40-50 subjects in the world. Please stop challenging me with the silly math problem. I had to find excuses to flaunt interesting way to do your math without demeaning myself by lowering myself to your level. *sigh*

Yes ‘a big yawn for me too’…

I told you this is a 6 grader’s math, and I gave you 6 hours plus 2 extra hours and a lot of hints but it took you 2 days to solve it the hard way, dummy!

Let me show you the easy way, ok dummy!

3.11111 hours

1st step converting the 0.11111 hour to seconds

(.11111) x 3600 seconds = 399.996 seconds

2nd step converting 399.996 seconds to minutes

(399.996)/60 = 6.6666 minutes

3rd converting .6666 minutes to seconds

(.6666) x 60 = 39.996 seconds

So 3.11111 hours = 3 hours 6 minutes 39.996 seconds

Remember my hint: 1 hour = 3600 seconds

So stop bragging, you are a useless piece of shit !!!

I gave 6 hours to solve a 6 grader’s math, but it ended up taking you 2 days with a lot of my hints for help, what’s a dumb-ass!

So stop bragging, you are just a useless piece of shit !!!

I think the Khmer race is inferior and cannot really test me. The best you can test with your limited education was some 6th grade test. This gave me hint on your education level.

If I actually did you test, I would lower myself to your level. That would be blasphemy. So, I have to raise the bar up and gave the answer at a higher level to flaunt my superiority over you folks.

Khmer, your race has reached the end. Your days are numbered.

I know you like to brag, because it took you 2 days to solve a simple 6 grader’s math.
Since you ask for more challenges, below is a high school math for you. You are given 8 hours to solve it. Let’s see if you can beat the 8 hours, but I think you cannot

“An 8% solution, a 10% solution, and 20% solution of nitric acid are to be mixed in order to get 100 mL (milliliter) of a 12% solution. If the volume of acid from the 8% solutions equals half the volume of acid from the other two solutions, how much of each is needed?”

Remember the calculations must be shown.

Good luck!

Hahaha…

The test will fry Drgunzet’s brain up!
A high school math is too tough for him!

I do have a special ability to remember ALL of the fundamentals in my lessons from ages 6 all the way to today. I can also remembers all of special cases in all of my projects I have worked on since I started my career. I can talk about them as if they were yesterday to me.

Your problem is an insult to me. You must pose harder problem worthy to my talent. Let me give you the fundamentals.

1. There are three unknowns.
2. Form three functions.
3. With three functions and three unknowns, systematically solve for each unknown.

So, let X, Y, Z = the volume for each acid. These are the following three equations.
1. X*.08 + Y*.1 + Z*.2 = 100*.12
2. X = Y + Z
3. X + Y + Z = 100

Now, dummy Khmer, this is where I will stop. Do not bother me with your lowly problem. Stop being stupid, I will not waste my time with you.

P.S. I am the kind of guys who figured out how to snatch victory from the jaw of defeat. One time I was the leader of 10 small light-skinned kids and we were surrounded by 20 big dark-skinned kids. The force was 10x1 veruse 20x3. Yet, I prevailed that day and inflicted massive blood shed from the leader of the dark-skinned kid. That kid could not eat for the next 2 months because I shred his mouth with so much cuts, he lost almost half of his weight later on.

After the fight, I was invited to become a much bigger group of kids, mostly light-skinned kids of course. I invented many terrifying fighting technique to terrorized the dark-skinned kids.

I would love to kick Khmer heads into submission, until your eye-balls rolling around. That would make you folks a bit more tame. Or we can always bomb you folks with B-52 bombers. Oh, don't forget to demine. Khmer have been losing so many limps. 2-legged Khmers are already useless, 1-legged Khmers are even more useless.

So how much of each is needed in mL, stupid bragger?
You cannot solve it, heh?

Drgunzet is a signoff name for many Viet spies.

-------

I stood on the sideline and watched, because I did not want to communicate with the low life Viet, Drgunzet.
Whoever posted the math below?

----------
An 8% solution, a 10% solution, and 20% solution of nitric acid are to be mixed in order to get 100 mL (milliliter) of a 12% solution. If the volume of acid from the 8% solutions equals half the volume of acid from the other two solutions, how much of each is needed?
-----------

It is controversial.

If Drgunzet on 18 July 2015 at 13:42 was right about the equation below:
So, let X, Y, Z = the volume for each acid. These are the following three equations.

1. X*.08 + Y*.1 + Z*.2 = 100*.12
2. X = Y + Z
3. X + Y + Z = 100
Then he is very dumb, because if (X = Y + Z), then X = 100/2 = 50.
So there would be only 2 unknowns Y and Z, and after the calculations, the results are below:

X = 50 mL => 8%
Y = 20 mL => 10%
Z = 30 mL => 20%

But if we read it carefully, it said:
“If the volume of acid from the 8% solutions equals half the volume of acid from the other two solutions,”
Let a, b and c equal to the volume for each respective acid solutions, and x is multiplication sign, so then we have:

a = (1/2) x (b + c)

Then we would really have 3 unknowns like Drgunzet thought.
