Hun Sen didn't just not take any action, but he sacked Ke Kimyan for doing a good job. Just wait and see if there is no answer or negative answers from Vietnam after the 2 diplomatic notes were sent, Hun Sen would just keep quiet as usual, and he hopes that the people would forget about it. Remember, Hun Sen has never been patriotic.
