នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥នេះ ក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើកំណត់ទូតតវ៉ាមួយជូនទៅស្ថានទូតវៀតណាមប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដោយបានទទួលស្គាល់ថា ស្រះទឹកចំនួន៥ មានទំហំនីមួយៗ៥ម៉ែត្រ x ១៣ម៉ែត្រ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាមបានជីកនៅចន្លោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនលេខ៣០ និងលេខ៤០ ឋិតក្នុងភូមិឡំ ឃុំប៉ក់ញ៉ៃ ស្រុកអូរយ៉ាដាវ ខេត្តរតនគិរីនោះ គឺវៀតណាមបានជីកចូលមកក្នុងដីខ្មែរយ៉ាងជ្រៅ ដោយយោងតាមផែនទីបោន(Bonne)ខ្នាត១/១០០.០០០ ខណៈតំបន់នោះមិនទាន់មានកំណត់ខណ្ឌសីមានៅឡើយ ។

This event show to all Khmer the incompetency of this administration and their solders and border patrol. They corrupt to the bone and don't even care about their duty. How can one administration of one country don't know anything happen in their country until citizen,who live at the border come out and complain to the opposition party before this government wake up? this government receive this unwelcome new but do not pay any serious attention about it at all . How can Khmer people will trust them or vote for them again in the next election. Please if you are all not Yuon puppet, you ought to wake up and stand strong with Khmer to protest this invasion factual proof .
Finally CPP has some teeth. I still do trust this CPP government until they show the map that they used to negotiate treaties with this thief Vietnamese. I am afraid that those Vietnamese annexed our border areas along the entire 1,295 kilometer long.
What use is there to form ASEAN integration 2015 when all of our three thief neighbors are not respect our home. Cambodia needed to ally with People Republic of China more closely including military alliance. So far Cambodia are close China ally but not military alliance. This is why those thieves Viets able to steal our land. Our armed forces alone do even raise one hair on their arm. This is the only way for our border to be respect by these thieves (Vietnam, Siam, Lao.) U.S,ASEAN, EU don't care about Cambodia rights. They are more interests in using Vietnam and ASEAN to contain China, good luck they are going to need it.
I think CPP made this letter to save the face of Hun sen government because this one is to big to cover up but I think it just the letter it will not go no where and what YUON want YUON will get it But I wonder why YUON keep taking land from Cambodia? We all see YUON already full control of Hun Sen government . LOOK all of government brand is control by YUON especially Police and Military and what YUON want YUON always get it. HA HA don't worry Cambodia before have ONLY 18 province but now is bigger than before because it have more than 20 provincial. that why Hun Sen said Cambodia is grain more land than before.

Vietnam will NOT change its policy of annexing Cambodia.
Therefore for our long term survival, we must build our country strong
militarily, economically and scientifically.
Trying to make friend with our enemy is a deadly mistake. That's what Sihanouk
did.
We should consider the enemy of our enemy our friend.
We should consider making military alliance with China.
The survival of our Motherland comes first!
Well for all the Cambodian who want a 'military alliance' with China: What happened the last times Khmer Rogue tried to ally with China!? A genocide which almost wiped out entire Cambodian ppl right?

You CANNOT equate the political landscape now with that of almost half a century ago.
First and foremost, your Motherland must stop being a easy pray for Vietnam.
Until your country is strong especially militarily, you have to have backups.
Not because you like China, but because you NEED China. By the way don't even think to rely on the US.
Also right now China " NEEDS " Cambodia as well.
Even just a military alliance with China alone would make the expansionist Vietnam think twice.
Should a war break out, Vietnam must split up its men and materials to fight two countries, the North and the West SIMULTANEOUSLY !!!
