The Cambodia Herald and CEN Founder’s wife appointed as Under Secretary Of State [This is a joke, so when Hun Sen dies his wife will be appointed as prime minister?]

PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Vong Moyura, wife of the Cambodia Herald and CEN Founder was appointed as Under-Secretary of State of Ministry of National Assembly Senate Relation and Inspect, according to Royal Decree.

The Royal Decree was signed on 2 May, 2015 by Acting Head of State Chea Sim and was obtained by The Cambodia Herald on Tuesday.

The Cambodia Herald and CEN, the major online publication was founded by Mr. Pen Samitthy, former President of the Club of Cambodian Journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Rasmei Kampuchea Daily who passed away in March.
