០៧-មករា-២០១០: ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភានិងជាប្រធានគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា លោក ជា ស៊ីម (ឆ្វេង) និយាយទៅកាន់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលប្រារព្ធខួបលើកទី៣១ នៃថ្ងៃ៧មករា នៅឯទីស្នាក់ការគណបក្ស ក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

លោក ជា ស៊ីម ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា កំពុងសម្រាកព្យាបាលជំងឺនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យមួយក្នុងប្រទេសវៀតណាម តាមការកំណត់។
មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មួយរួបសុំមិនបញ្ចេញឈ្មោះ ឲ្យដឹងនៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ មករា ថា លោក ជា ស៊ីម ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់ប្រទេសវៀតណាម ចំនួន ៤ថ្ងៃមកហើយ។ លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា តាមស្ថានភាពជំងឺរបស់ លោក ជា ស៊ីម ប្រហែលជាគាត់មិនអាចត្រឡប់មកទាន់ចូលរួមសមាជរបស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដែលគ្រោងធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ មករា ខាងមុខនេះទេ៕

Well,yuon made money by stealing and by threatment of his dogs-,Cpp thugs when they are sick....! Lol... Khmer didn't trust Khmer,Cpp thugs hit sick pay yuon to threats them in expanse of poor Khmer sweats,bloods,tears,lives etc etc...! From Sdach Sinorooq to his families and now ah kwaq Cpp thugs,all never trust khmer's doctors....! Poor khmer's doctor! Khmer's officials [cpp] never trust you,they (Cpp) put their fate in the hands of yuon & chen's doctors! They our ancestor enemies for century,and yet these Cpp thugs trust them!!! What's that telling you all Khmer doctors!!!? It's laughable issue!
