ទាក់ទិននឹងភាពជាប់គាំងនយោបាយនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ បណ្ឌិត ឡៅ ម៉ុងហៃ សូមលើកពីយន្តការដែលបក្សកាន់អំណាចសព្វថ្ងៃចាំបាច់ ត្រូវធ្វើជាមុនសិន។ លោកបណ្ឌិតបានជូនជាយោបល់ថា សម្រាប់អ្នកកាន់អំណាចរបៀបសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ គេគួរដកខ្លួនគិតពិចារណា ឬសម្រាកឲ្យខួរក្បាលរំសាយសិន បើនៅតែបន្តកាន់អំណាចគឺពិបាក ខួរក្បាលនៅតែក្តៅ នៅតែមោហ៍បាំងរកផ្លូវត្រូវមិនឃើញឡើយ។ បញ្ហាវានៅត្រង់ថា តើធ្វើយ៉ាងណាកុំឲ្យបន្តនៅមានមោហ៍បាំង? បញ្ហានេះ មិនមែនមានន័យថា កែប្រែមិនបាននោះទេ ជួនកាលពេលខ្លួនអស់ជម្រើសគេអាចយកគំនិតអ្នកប្រាជ្ញ។

លោកបណ្ឌិតថ្លែងថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលដឹងខ្លួនថា សមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រងរាល់ថ្ងៃ គឺបរាជ័យ ហើយបានប្រកាសកែទម្រង់ស៊ីជម្រៅ តែមិនទាន់ដឹងថា លទ្ធផលយ៉ាងណានោះទេ។ ក្នុងរង្វង់ជាងបីទសវត្សរ៍ ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែររស់ក្នុងនាមជារាស្រ្តដែលរមែងតែធ្វើអ្វីៗតាមរដ្ឋាភិបាលចង់នោះ ប៉ុន្តែឥឡូវគេក្លាយជាពលរដ្ឋសកម្ម និងប្រកបដោយថាមពលខ្លាំងក្លា។ បើកាលណានិយាយពីពលរដ្ឋរាល់រូបគេយល់ដឹងពីសិទ្ធិរបស់គេ គេយល់ដឹងអំពីការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងបញ្ហាសង្គមជាតិរបស់គេ ហើយគេចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មតាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោត តាមរយៈការតវ៉ានានា ហើយជាលើកទីមួយដែលឃើញពលរដ្ឋ កម្ពុជា សកម្មប្រកបដោយថាមពលទៀត។ យុវជនសម័យនេះសកម្មជាងជំនាន់លោកនៅពីក្មេង មានចំណេះដឹងខ្ពស់ជាង និងឧស្សាហ៍ជាងពួកគេហាក់មានការរវល់ជាង។ ចំណុចនេះខ្ញុំឃើញល្អ ត្រឹមត្រូវតាមវិចារណញ្ញាណពួកគេមិនចេះតែជឿតាមការឃោសនាទេ។ យុវជនយើងមានចំណេះដឹងទាំងច្បាប់ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងចំណេះដឹងផ្សេងទៀត។លោកមានប្រសាសន៍ថា «ប្រសិនបើខ្ញុំជាមេដឹកនាំប្រទេសវិញ ខ្ញុំសប្បាយចិត្តនៅពេលឃើញប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសកម្មបែបអ៊ីចឹង ហើយមានថាមពលបែបហ្នឹង ត្រូវបង្វែរហើយប្រើប្រាស់ថាមពលបែបហ្នឹង គេគួរបង្វែរសកម្មភាពទៅរកកន្លែងណាល្អទាំងអស់គ្នា។ ឯខាងផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក៏អ៊ីចឹងដែរ គេអាចបង្វែរថាមពលនោះទៅរកផ្លូវល្អរួមមួយ។ នេះជាការកែច្នៃ បើយើងរស់ ក៏ត្រូវឲ្យគេរស់ផង។ គឺចំណេញទាំងអស់គ្នា»។
ស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ គឺស្ថិតក្នុងដំណាក់មិនជឿនលឿន គឺស្ថាប័នដឹកនាំរដ្ឋដើរមិនទាន់ភាពជឿនលឿន និងការចង់បានរបស់សង្គម។ ដូចករណីវិវាទដីធ្លី គឺគ្មាននីតិវិធីអ្វីក្រៅពីការបង្ក្រាបដោយហិង្សា។ ឃើញទេ? គេគ្មានដំណោះស្រាយទេ តាមធម្មតា ខ្មែរយើងតាំងពីបែកបាក់អង្គរមក ខ្មែរយើងគ្មានយន្តការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ ដែលទទួលយកបានទាំងអស់គ្នាទេ។
លោកបានកត់សម្គាល់ថា ហេតុដែលខ្មែរចេះតែកើតមានវិវាទក្នុងសង្គមចេះតែច្បាំងគ្នា និងប្រើប្រាស់អំពីហិង្សាកាប់សម្លាប់គ្នាពីមួយជំនាន់ទៅមួយជំនាន់ ជំងឺនេះដោយសារតែគ្មានយន្តការ ឬវប្បធម៌ដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី។ ពេលដែលភាគីម្ខាងចេះតែចង់ឈ្នេះ អ្នកម្ខាងទៀតគេតែងតែទៅពឹងអ្នកជិតខាង។ អ្នកដែលគេត្រូវពឹងតែងតែរំពឹងនិងកេងរកផលប្រយោជន៍ ហើយច្រើនជំនាន់ចេះតែអនុវត្តបែបនេះស្ទើរតែក្លាយជាវប្បធម៌ទៅហើយ។

Mr Loa,could you elaborate what do you mean by Peace and social development under ah hun. Do you mean hun sen is a peace-loving leader? , if so why he is so brutal? Mr Lao, you can't brand a man as peaceful and yet he is brutal. He is not a peace -loving man.
Social development. Goodness me! how could you say that ? I give you two examples of social development. If we look at the Cambodia public schools ,it is such a shamble and one of education sectors back water in Southeast Asian countries.It is as though Ah Hun doesn't want Khmer to get decent education and real knowledge at all.except members of his dynasty.
Health is another example. Look the mass HIV infection in Battambang and the public hospitals generally ,it is appalling. I think your assessment of ah hun is itself appalling and that's your weakness.
We need to know who is an editor to write this article in Khmer. Before I judge Dr. Lao Mong Hai, I need to know this first. I agree with the comments above.

His analysis is not reasonable and reliable. He talked highly about Hun Sen, and I wonder why because Hun Sen is really a criminal and following a footstep of Ho Chi Minh, taking orders from his Hanoi masters, and blindly thankful for his Vietnam for his ass and giving him power and wealth. So, Cambodia is going in the wrong direction because of Hun Sen's Vietnamese advisers.
I know Dr. Lao Mong Hai spoke very softly. I remember he was criticized about the announcement of Koh Tral when it comes to his political fear that he might be threaten by CPP Officials and Hun Sen. Someone readers or anonymous said that Dr. Mao Mong Hai was bribed with the money by CPP Hun Sen about Koh Tral.
I want to find out more of what has been going on with Dr. Mong Hai.

A few smart Khmer will realize Vietnamese's superiority and submit. Only the dumb, angry Khmer would still want to fight the Vietnamese.
In the last couple years, Vietnamese produced so many talents:
_ Ngo Bao Chau, Math Fields Medal (Equivalent to Nobel Prize in Math).
_ Le Quang Liem, World Champion 2013 Blitz Chess.
_ Nguyen Anh Khoi, World Chess Champion U10 twice 2012, 2013, and World Chess Champion U12 for 2014.
_ Hoang Thanh Trang, European Woman Chess Champion, 2012.
_ Nguyen Hoang Yen won Gold medal in World Mind Games, Chinese chess in Beijing, China. (Chinese rival took Silver.) This happened in China's capital.
_ I tracked Vietnam, they won so many Asian Chess Championships in the last couple years. Vietnam has a group of superior chess players in their 20s. So, in a few years, they will become even more dominant.
_ Recently Vietnam took 4th place in World Math Olympiad, the very same event Cambodia used to send team to compete and ranked bottom twice. Cambodia quit sending team.
_ Vietnam won a few first places in Chemistry and other Academic subjects.
I used to represent my school in competition and did encounter other Vietnamese, Chinese before. Khmer could only barely finish school and that was with my stupendous tutoring.
So, here I am, exposing the entire Khmer race to be inferior and stupid. Are you nuts trying to challenge the superior Vietnamese race? You will be crushed and owned.
You folks can try me and see one guy versus your entire race. lol.... owned!
