Let me use my common sense here:
1. If I were the Vietnamese doctor, I would enjoy flaunting my superior knowledge in medical, treat the Khmer patients, make some money, have the Khmer local to worship me as a little God.
2. Why would I want to infect the village people, destroy my source of money, worship and happiness?
3. Someone else, I would say the Khmer extremists did not want to see the Vietnamese to slowly dominate and take over Cambodia planned the attack.
4. To solve this problem once and for all, we must remove all hope from these Khmer extremists. As long as they still believe they can save Cambodia from the Vietnamese, they will continue to attack other Cambodians to achieve their dark plan.
5. I suggest for United Nations to declare once and for all: Cambodia is designated to be controlled by Vietnam. Done deal. Then everyone can live in peace and prosper. Otherwise, these terrorists will try and try to attack with their hidden hands.
6. We have seen what they did to the Cambodian garment industry. They create massive protest, fights, chaos and drove away a lot of business. Cambodian garment export for the first 10 months have dropped 5% instead of growing at the usual pace of 20%.
