PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Kem Sokha, acting president of Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) said Thursday that he and his president Sam Rainsy get along well, determining to make stronger unification.

"We are all in the middle of path, but we know where our goal is," he said during a commemoration ceremony of the 23rd anniversary of Paris Peace Agreement held at CNRP's headquarter.

"Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha will never be apart," he told the ceremony, asking supporters and activists not to be worried.

"We will lead a ship of Cambodia National Rescue Party to our goal, and will grab victory in the future election, and ensure the country real peace, national unification, democracy, independence and development."

Kem Sokha's comment came after there were recent opinions, claiming that CNRP is suffering from internal division among Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha.
