Dear All,

Traditionally and historically, the Vietnamese have expansionism in their blood.
For Cambodia and Laos trying to be friends with the conquerer is NOT an option.

In the long run, Khmers MUST build a strong Cambodia militarely, economically and scientifically.
Meanwhile, Khmers should consider as friends the enemy of our enemy.
Yes, China is not a democratic country, but that's one of the very reasons we should preferr China over the US.
Because the US is a democratic and open society state, the American friendships and supports last only up to every eight years.

Our Motherland's survival must come first.

I don't understand why Thai people has taken former Laos land ( Isan region today) and Cambodia land (if look at Khmer Empire map) as well but they are not considered as invader.

When Khmer Empire grabbed other neighbour land between 802 and 1431, do you considered your ancestor as a invader or just peaceful hero.

You seem to imply stealing your neighbors's lands is acceptable.

The world community between 802 and 1431AD was in the dark ages. Were YOU personally born in that era, and now
reincarnated in the late 1900 ?

Following your logic, in 2014 it is acceptable by the international community and international laws for Vietnam to be invaded and owned by China.
Is this acceptable and hence accepted by YOU especially ?
