រដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រទេសវៀតណាម ទទូចឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ចាត់វិធានការមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីបញ្ចៀសនូវការតវ៉ា និងដុតទង់ជាតិវៀតណាម ដោយបាតុករខ្មែរក្រោម។ ការអំពាវនាវរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម នេះ ធ្វើឡើងបន្ទាប់ពីអង្គការសមាគមខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម និងបណ្ដាញយុវជន ធ្វើបាតុកម្មជាលើកទី៣ ចំនួនបីថ្ងៃជាប់គ្នា ដើម្បីទាមទារឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម ទទួលស្គាល់ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រពិតទឹកដីកម្ពុជាក្រោម និងសុំទោសពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរជាសាធារណៈ។ ក្នុងពេលបាតុកម្មនោះ បាតុករក៏បានអំពាវនាវឲ្យឈប់ប្រើប្រាស់ទំនិញវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងដុតទង់ជាតិវៀតណាម ដើម្បីសម្ដែងកំហឹងផងដែរ។
ថ្លែងក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មាននៅលើគេហទំព័រក្រសួងការបរទេសវៀតណាម ចុះថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែសីហា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការបរទេសវៀតណាម លោក ឡេ ហាយ បិញ (Le Hai Binh) លើកឡើងថា ប្រទេសវៀតណាម ប្រឆាំងដាច់ខាតចំពោះបាតុកម្មខុសច្បាប់ និងការដុតទង់ជាតិវៀតណាម ដោយបាតុករខ្មែរក្រោម និងទាមទារឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា នាំខ្លួនពួកគេទៅកាត់ទោសតាមច្បាប់។

I will spread out to the world about the thousands, thousands of white skulls stacked high on displays in Cambodian museums. Yet the current day Khmer still have extremists like you folks on the forums continue inciting for killing, murdering other races.
Something must be done about the Khmer races. I will present my theory about Khmer race got creamed repeatedly by the Thais, and prove the genetic effect on the Khmer students not wearing eye-glasses. (Khmer Rouges murdered most eye-glasses wearers.)
